Bradley Margol is the Founder and Managing Partner of Orange Grove Agency. After 15+ years helping lead marketing strategy and managing go-to-market campaigns for iconic brands like Oakley, Quiksilver, and several fast-growing eCommerce startups and nonprofit organizations, he launched Orange Grove to do what he loves most: help local businesses grow smarter through marketing rooted in strategy, psychology, and data.
Bradley is especially passionate about understanding why people buy. While earning his MBA, he became deeply interested in consumer behavior and how small changes in messaging, design, and user experience can unlock big growth.
Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, he graduated high school from Bolles, then attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he majored in Business Economics and graduated in the top 1% of his major. He went on to get his MBA at the University of California, San Diego (The Rady School of Management), where his focus was Marketing Strategy.
Bradley is a lifelong surfer. He was a competitive surfer from the age of 10 until 22 and was the Florida State Champion of Surfing in the 18 & under age division. In his free time, Bradley still loves to surf, travel the globe, play the guitar, read, and spend time with family.
